Office of Medical Marijuana Use

Law Enforcement

The Office of Medical Marijuana Use is committed to working hand-in-hand with law enforcement throughout the implementation of section 381.986, F.S. and Amendment 2.

The Medical Marijuana Use Registry is a secure, electronic, and online database for the registration of ordering physicians and qualified patients, and their orders. It is accessible to ordering physicians, law enforcement, dispensing organization staff, and Office of Medical Marijuana Use staff.

In order to obtain access to the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, please submit a Request for Access to the Medical Marijuana Use Registry Form to the Office of Medical Marijuana Use at:

Florida Department of Health, Office of Medical Marijuana Use
4052 Bald Cypress Way Bin-01

Tallahassee, FL 32399

It is recommended that each law enforcement organization assign a Master User for their organization. Master Users have the ability to create and manage additional user accounts within their organizations. In order to assign an individual as a Master User in the Medical Marijuana Use Registry, please notate “Master User” at the top of the Request for Access to the Medical Marijuana Use Registry Form.

Please note: If a law enforcement organization designates a Master User, this is the only form required to be mailed to the department. All additional user information will be documented in the registry as created by the Master User.

Log into the Medical Marijuana Use Patient Registry.
